Launch-stage draft

Privacy Policy

A future privacy policy will explain what customer data SEFAR collects, why it is used, how it is protected, and how customers can exercise their rights.

Draft only — not a completed business policy.

Confirm the relevant business details, customer processes, applicable Qatar requirements, and legal review before removing this notice.

What data would be collected?

Only the data necessary for the actual service should be collected. When a real contact, account, checkout, analytics, or marketing service is connected, the policy must identify the categories and purposes accurately.

How will data be protected?

Customer data must be handled through secure, appropriate systems with access controls and retention practices that match the actual setup. This static launch foundation does not collect or transmit form data.

Will analytics or marketing tools be used?

GA4 and any consent mechanism remain unconfigured. A real measurement ID, consent approach, cookie information, and applicable privacy review are required before analytics is enabled.

What is required before launch?

Business identity, customer contact details, applicable privacy disclosures, delivery regions and fees, payment processor terms, returns process, product safety information, stock workflow, and consumer-rights requirements must be completed and approved for the actual launch operation.
